Teaser Picture - The pews have been delivered!
Here is the link to all the pictures the Case's have taken so far. There are no pictures of the building at the end of today. Tomorrow we will post pictures of the building completely finished. Praise God!
WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON WITH THE TEAM
It was a blessing to be closing in on finishing the construction of the buildng. Eric and Ricky, along with some helpers, finished up the gutters and majority of the trim work. Michael and Brian worked to finish the inside liner panels. Rhonda, KJ, and Brett painted. Kevin stood and supervised....like always. Joke. Kevin, Elijah, and Alex finished the platform for the pulpit. Ken went to Beius and preached at Elijah's church. Everyone is in good spirits and excited about the next few days.
WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON WITH THE BUILDING
Tomorrow the building will be finished, all that is needed is the finishing touches. We are all still amazed at how God has worked everthing out. There will be pictures tomorrow of the inside and outside. Though the drop ceiling will be installed after we leave.
WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON WITH THE CHURCH
Two more people prayed to receive Christ at the time this was posted, Ken is still at Beius preaching, we pray that God will move in their hearts and even more will be saved. Continue to pray for us as we visit, share, and go on evangelical outings. Pray fr Kevin as he will be preaching Sunday, and Ken will be preaching every night for the remainder of the trip.
But as promised, here is a link to view all of the Case's pictures.

While I know everyone is anxious to see pictures of the building, I wanted to instead remind myself, the team, and everyone at home why we are truly here in Romania. It's not just to take a trip, or to even build a building. We came to bring the hope and light of Jesus Christ to a poor, rejected, and unwanted people. While we praise God for allowing us to build this building, we came to build the Church, not the church building. Look at these pictures below and as you do, take a few moments to pray for the people of Batar, that woul would truly do life changing work amongst them.

Rhonda is putting a chink into the cross which will hang in the church building in Batar. Every member of the mission team both American and Romanian, put a mark on the cross. It bears witness to the marks that Christ took in our place. 'By his stripes we are healed..' He gave the greatest gift that ever was or could be given. In return we give him our everything,
