Coffee Shop Group

We will be taking care of the coffee shop for the collective Lifegroup meeting this next Sunday morning. I told everyone Sunday that we would need to be there by 8:30 to get everything ready. The things to be done are as follows:

1. Prepare the coffee for several hundred adults. This will require that we break up as teams and work the three coffee makers: (one in Fellowship Hall, Building G next to our class room, and Building E the old brick building.) We will take coffee and fill the air pots that we have. We have two kinds of coffee (dark roast and decaf.). We will send an air pot with a person to each of the coffee makers. We will make the decaf in Fellowship Hall.

2. We will have scones to warm up that morning. This will require a couple to get them onto trays and into the convection oven and then to set out for serving.

3. We will need a couple to prepare the serving table with cups and napkins and cream and sugar, etc. They will also prepare the hot choc. fixings.

4. We will also be helping people find their seating area.
