I was just considering some of the things that we have been discussing in class. About how God always moves us in a direction that we often do not desire to go. We will say things like: I am not ready, or I do not know enough, or someone else could do a better job than I, or I am afraid, or I have not been a Christian long enough, or that is something for the ministers to do, etc., etc., etc.. I wonder if this is all a result of a bigger problem. Have we been raised up, as a Christian, in an environment that does not really represent the true nature of the church as intended by God. Have we actually embraced a mindset that is wrong and in effect, until we accept a different mindset we will always question whether we are able to do something that God desires for us to do. Look at the following video and just think about it. Could it be????

Do I consider my main mission as being here at church, and that if I can just get them here I have done my job? Am I willing to at least consider the possibility that until I join hands with other Christians and we the church go out into the community together, we will never really be the reconcilors that God intends for us to be. What do you think are things that prevent us from being willing to "Leave the Building?"
